Scripts Submission Guidelines
 

There is a proper format to screenwriting, if you're unfamiliar with it, talk to us and we can help you. Studiobinder is a great resource for formating and they have helpful explanations in their blog to get you going.

What we require:

​

• PDF file format

• Courier 12 pt font

• Title page required 

• 10 to 12 page scripts (properly formated will equal 10-12 minutes long)

• Maximum 1 night scene per film

 

Keep ideas small and realistic to what is possible on UVic grounds (no explosions, car chases, fire effects, etc.) No stunts, we do not have the funds for the required insurance.

Auditions

​

We currently have no films in production. However, we will need actors/actresses once our projects start rolling. Please feel free to send us your CV and a short reel or video of a monologue.

​

Every week we have a production meetings to determine what projects we want to produce. Casting decisions will either be made at production meetings or by the discretion of the director on that production.
